The collaboration between Picard Angst and Realstone Investment Foundation is based on shared values and an attractive product. The Realstone Residential Real Estate Switzerland (RIRS) investment group was created in 2020 and is growing rapidly. In 2022, it acquired 13 properties and now manages 24 properties with a total volume of 274.14 million Swiss francs.
In order to raise awareness and promote growth, the Realstone Investment Foundation has entered into a partnership with Picard Angst. The Realstone Investment Foundation is an investment foundation exclusively dedicated to occupational pension funds.

The partnership with Realstone Investment Foundation is part of this strategic orientation and is based on shared values such as The Realstone Investment Foundation invests on behalf of RIRS primarily in residential real estate, if possible with densification potential, in the urban centers of Switzerland and their agglomerations, in the Lake Geneva region and in the Mittelland, with a target of 80% in Western Switzerland.

The Realstone Investment Foundation is a premium-free investment solution exclusively for tax-exempt pension funds with domicile in Switzerland.
It offers the investment group Realstone Residential Real Estate Switzerland (RIRS). The RIRS invests primarily in residential real estate, preferably with densification potential, in Switzerland's urban centers and their agglomerations, in the Lake Geneva region and on the Swiss plateau, with 80% of the properties located in Western Switzerland.
The Realstone Investment Foundation is managed by Realstone SA, which was founded in Lausanne in 2004 and has been licensed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) since 2008. Realstone SA adds value to real estate assets of more than CHF 4.2 billion by rigorously planning investments in the densification and energy optimization of the properties it manages, as well as in development projects that meet high standards of sustainability and energy efficiency.
