The building impresses with its modern architecture and sustainable construction and has been awarded BREEAM Standard "excellent".

The A6 freeway is only 2 km away from the logistics center and provides an optimal connection to the multimodal inland port of Flevokust, only 15 km away, with the best connections to the most important seaports in the Benelux, the greater Amsterdam area and the Ruhr region.
