Business Case
The planned logistics centre comprises a gross floor area of approx. 25 990 m² (partially refrigerated), including 2 080 m² of industrial space on the mezzanine floor for extended services, and approx. 1 160 m² of office space. The building has been specifically designed to meet the tenant’s need for dedicated space to provide extended services such as repacking, packing, small packaging, ripening and cooling of various types of fruit and vegetables.
The logistics centre will feature modern architecture and will be developed and certified according to the requirements of the BREEAM sustainability level «excellent», which not only meets but exceeds the new EU Taxonomy Regulation for Real Estate in many areas.
Investment Opportunity
Qualified investors are invited to participate in the financing. They will be offered a coupon of CHF 6.0%, EUR 6.75% and USD 7.5% per annum, with a maturity of 18 months, callable after 14 months.
